                檢測心臟受損標志物ELISA試劑盒

                心臟受損時就會釋放心臟生物標志物到血液中,檢測生物標志物的水平可指示心臟受損的程度。標志物比如心肌肌鈣蛋白-I是專一用于檢測心臟受損的標志物,而肌紅蛋白,脂肪酸結合蛋白和MLC-1升高也是骨骼肌受損的結果。在人體中,肌紅蛋白和脂肪酸結合蛋白是高于基線的第一個標志物,心臟受損后2-4h增加就可以測定,9-12h達到高峰,24-36h又回到基線。心肌肌鈣蛋白-I在4-6h超過基線,12-24h達到高峰,6-10天仍然會升高。我們一般的經驗是動物心臟標志物在受損(1-2h)快速達到高峰,在1-2天又回到基線。

                使用我們的動物肌鈣蛋白-I,肌紅蛋白,脂肪酸結合蛋白試劑盒結果見下圖。血漿取自于兔心臟局部缺血前,缺血中及再灌注后,下圖就體現出各自標志物的水平。和人的臨床表現相同,肌紅蛋白和脂肪酸結合蛋白在肌鈣蛋白-I增加之前增加,并且肌鈣蛋白-I比肌紅蛋白和脂肪酸結合蛋白增加的時間要長。
